Edmunds.com appraises the same vehicle at $12,513 for dealer retail ( highest price )
kbb.com rates excellent condition at 14,500 when adding every possible option

I'm not a current L owner but if you are going to give your truck away that is virtually new for $10k I'd pick it up.
I agree that starting around $18k (a little under maybe?) to see if you get any replies would be great. Realize that you'll end up more than likely selling for closer to $16k unless you get lucky and get an L enthusiast.
