I already read the post by JollyGiant for the repair but don't think it fits my problem. My dash lights go out, and sometimes come back on, are good for a few days, then go back out. I also have three Lunar Series gauges hooked up to the headlight circuit and have had them for several years with no problems. I wouldn't think this would be the fuse because they would never come back on. Could the Lunar gauges be part of the problem? I have disconnected the gauges but had no luck with the lights still intermittent. Has anyone else had this identical problem? I don't want to buy another cluster and have the same problems. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

I would think it's an on/off ground connection somewhere. Look for a loose clamping screw or connection.
