I talked to Lightning Bob at Englihtown on Thursday and he told me that you booked a block of rooms for the WFC. are there any left? We have been trying to get a room but everything in the area is booked solid. Would really like to attend but at this point it don't look good.

 

I know there's going to be some of us (Like myself) needing to split the cost of a room.

Maybe it's time to start making plans.

Sorrrryyyyy I didn't reply sooner. I DO have 30 rooms. And by 30 rooms I don't mean 30 rooms with some occupants. I am pretty sure I have 30 OPEN rooms. They gave me a high rate in the 70s for the block per room, what I am going to do is talk to the manager tomorrow and see if we can allow the member to book the rooms in the block (under NLOC) and then register online for Club Ramada and have the rate lowered by presenting a number/card when they check in. The Club Ramada rate was definitely a better one. But my main concern was booking in advance for space for the team...If that doesn't work I will see if it is possible to start our own waitlist and take the rooms off hold, fax them our list and have them clear the list as priority with our members before their own and they can have the left overs.
