installed a diablo chip last week in 2001 lightning. really not pleased with it.
ran a better time without it.
any ideas on that subject? need help

Why do you say it's a JL chip? JL has started to work w/ Diablo, but AFAIK, there is no 2001 JL chip yet.

Believe me, JL's chip will make a difefrence or he won't sell it.

This diablo chip is not a JL program he does not have them available for anybody yet.When he does it will be a very strong setup with plenty of low end power like all his chips are.If you are not happy with this chip send it back to pat and tell him what you don't like about it and he will make changes for you and send it right back out to you!

Johnny just got with Diablosport and his chips will rock just like the Superchip i got......Talked with him Thursday and he assured me that it will be well worth the money......can't wait.......put me down for a flip Diablo........when available............Congrats on your new business venture..........you deserve it man!!!!!!!!!

It's not a Johnny L program, he is working on his program for that chip.
If I was you I would e-mail JL and tell him what you have and then send him your chip for a reburn.
Well, thats what I would do.

i never said it was an jl chip.
said it was a diablo chip.
jl was not workin for them ,at that time.
i don't even know if chip was for 2001 L.
all i know is,i tested it at 1/8 mile track,
and ran just as good without chip.
some say diablo has no chip for 2001 L.
i don't know.
in no way is this comment about jl.
