Lloyd,
I will answer your question that uou posted in the closed JL thread here for all to read, there is no need for replies on this from anyone:

You were one of the first to recieve your TB, you are correct there. But you also chose to have ALL you products SHIPPED TOGETHER. So my BOSS at the time, said its OK to sell that TB to someone else, and we wil have more in stock in only a few weeks to go out with the pulleys...THAT WAS JANUARY!!! And everyone is stil waiting...

So for you to make the statement that I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN CHARGE, IS A LIE, and if you were informed that, that also was a LIE!! I did was I was told to do, and never had a reason to think that there would be no TB to be found anywhere in the country still to this date.

And the sad thing....you could have E-mialed me and asked me to tell you the story, but instead you chose the boards. SO I did the same with my Reply to you.

Sorry to everyone about this, but I felt I needed to reply here for Lloyd.....

I thought it would've been easier for you to ship both Items together. You said that you would put the TB in a box & wait for the pulley, when it was decided to sell it to someone else, It would've been the right thing for you to do as their "customer relations man" to call me and ask if i wanted it shipped now, & that it wouldn't be held otherwise! I would've said yes. I know the problems in getting a TB. You told me you would hold it for me. when that changed I should've been notified. SO, 15 pulleys come in. again I was first to post that I wanted one. So what happens? they all get sent out, to everyone but me. Bad call on your part. Can anyone say the word "favorites"? Lloyd

the reason I posted there to begin with is that I don't think it's fair to Jim that everyone assumes that every problem is Jim's fault. Everyone is quick to jump on the train when it's a negative post. It seems that everyone assumes that delivery problems could only be Jim's fault. IF the orders were shipped the way they were received, there would be a lot more happy people. Nothing that went wrong could've been your fault right? and If Johnny leaves JDM, it must be Jim's fault. I think that's wrong for people to ASSUME without knowing the details. Thats all. Lloyd

I was told sell the TB to someone else, and we will have more in stock for you in time for the pulley shipment...I did not think there was any reason to doubt my former boss, and did not feel it was needed to notify you on this, because at the time I was assured it was not a problem.

As for the pulleys, what 15?? are they here?? do you know anyone that has one?? c'mon......

Listen, I know your bitter and upset for not recieving parts you paid for, but I had no control over that.

Llyod, you seem to have convinced yourself that you know the real deal...well then go with it.
I have been here since OCT. 99, and if you feel that I had something to do with your delay in products....then I am sorry to hear that!! But I will not appologise for it, because I did what I was told...its that simple.

As for people jumping on the "ban-wagon", they make their own choices. I dont need to make it for them.

And lets not forget who brought JDM to this community...ME.

I've said what I needed to say, I'll just chalk it up to a lack of business experience. Yours, his, who cares? I do know that RobG is working very hard to straighten out the mess. & JDM is on the road to recovery. Lloyd

..and lets not forget that the JDM thing was part-time for me as well. I was there only 3 days a week!!
It seemed that it was a full time job for me to all, and believe me, it felt like it!!

Everyday I would recieve on average over 30 E-mails, and replied to each and everyone the same day!!! The whole time taking up my free time for myself to rely to all.
And you were one of the many that always knew if you had a TECH question, or any other silly question, I was there to answer it ASAP, reason being I know what Customer satisfaction is all about!! And also know how important it is. Since the age of 13 I have been running family restaurants, some as large as a 300 seater Diner in Staten Island, NY with great results, and it shows now.

When I felt that customer satisfaction was going down, I tried to make a change..but changes are hard to do when your no the BOSS, and also meet a lot of resistance Lloyd.

Obviously by your last post you were misinformed, but thats OK. You were obviuosly mis-lead into believing that IT was my fault for the JDM mess-up..that could not be further from the truth Lloyd.

Piece of advice for you: Believe nothing that you hear, and half of what you see.

As for business experience, I have more than you could ever dream of, because that is all I know, and that is how I was raised!!
