east and west coast guys seem to be doing msrp. You should be able to track down a dealer for $30500 or so on the internet that would drop ship the truck. Midwest has been around 29-30k.

Steve, where did you finally order from? What kind of deal did they end up getting you? I love mine! I'll have a little over 1000 miles on it by the time it is a week old.

Roger - I ended up ordering from Nolan Ford. The only difference between them and Townsend ford was that Townsend wanted a NON refundable deposit to place the order. Not a real big issue since I really want this truck but you never know what might happen over the next 6-8 weeks. I ordered under x-plan and its going to be black (sorry about that..). Now all I have to do is wait.

So do you still love that truck? :-)

Roger - they dropped that stupid 'SVT' fee the instant I threatened to talk to townsend. By that time I was ready to get the order moving so Nolan got my deposit. They said about 8 weeks for delivery which is (of course) not soon enough. So do you know any good truck accessory shops around here? I'm probably going to look for a tonneau cover right after delivery.

Steve, there is a place in Miamitown (that's near Edgewater Drag strip) that has a lot of accessories. I can't remember their name right off hand, but it's something like "The Offroad Center". They have a huge catalog that you can get, but unfortunately they don't have any prices in it. There is also Cincy Speed. It is right off of I-75 near Elmwood/Carthage, just a couple of miles from the Hamilton Co. Fairgrounds. If you are wanting a hard tonneau there are a few guys here at work that have one made by a company called Swiss. The bed cover is called the Patriot and they color match and install it for about $599. The one guy I know said that they told him it would be about 6 weeks to get it and they called him two weeks later and had it ready. They are located in Patriot, Indiana and it isn't too far from here in Cincy.
See ya,
Roger

Yes, I still love this thing! lol But by law, I don't think that they can keep your deposit if you don't take the truck. Weird! Did Nolan make you pay the $400 extra? I hope not. How long do they think it will take for you to get your truck? Hopefully you'll have it soon, cause they are a BLAST to drive!!

Roger
