Another possible source of your front end noise is the BellTech 3" drop springs you have on your truck. It's very common to have "Spring Popping" sounds on lowered vehicles. Our trucks are no exception. When turning hard to the stops the geometry of the front suspension components changes enough to let the lower end of the springs shift in the lower a-arm pockets. The upper ends of the springs are nested in rubber, the lower are steel to steel.
