Off topic, need advice on discount airline tickets
I need to fly to Phoenix during spring break and was cruising the net for discount tickets. All the sites I visited offered the "lowest fares" but they were all more expensive than the fare the Airlines quoted me (whats up with that)!! Any suggestions on who actually offers lower fares.
Priceline pretty much sucks because you have to give them your CC info to even browse.
I would suggest www.expeida.com
I would suggest www.expeida.com
Another site you can try:
http://www.hotwire.com/
Also, http://www.smarterliving.com/
But sometimes you can get the best deals direct from the airlines, especially if its close to flight time and some seats are still unsold. They don't make any money on empty seats.

The fare airlines advertize are usually limited seats. Like one per plane. Sell out very quick. Expedia works great for me. If you are a westcoaster try Alaska Airline web site direct. Play with your travel times it can make a big difference. Just the time of day can help.

Thanks for the info guys, Alphdoggy wins the Grand Prize though!!! All the sites pretty much gave the same fair as eachother and the airline, except for Hotwire. Average lowest price for the other sites was $350, Hotwire was an amazing $215!!! Only draw back is that they give you the date and cost of the ticket, but not the exact time or airline until after you agree to purchase. So you have to be real flexible on departure/arrival time. But at almost half the cost I can real flexible. Turns out I got the perfect time anyway!! You da man Alphadoggy.
