I need to see if I can get a local aluminum fabrication shop to see if they can make a heavier duty core, based on your pics to start.

 

PBGas doesn't reside on F150Online anymore. Got fed up with his '99 L and sold it. I just ran a search and found his post, but the pictures are no longer available.

Perhaps somebody else saved them.

Anyone?
