Does anyone know where the keypad code is located on a 98 Explorer?

Usually in the trunk area.I know lincons are like that.Pop the trunk and look around the frame itself.Hope this helps. Also if its still MIA, Pop some of the samall plastic panels in the rear.They are usually in the rear

 

Driver side back pannel. You need to remove all the plastic pins and pull it out, not all the way out. It's a silver box above the driver side rear tire (about). It's kinda a pain, but REALLY nice to have
