Calling LTNBOLT
LTNBOLT,
Tire warmers are thin enough to fit underneath front and rear fenders-even inner rear fenders-and come with insulated covers that fit over the entire wheel assembly after the tire warmers are installed. Each warmer has a built-in thermostat designed to maintain 200 degrees F.
Tire warmers aren't magic and can't make a racetrack have traction when there isn't any-a warm tire isn't going to stick to pavement coated with ice or oil much better than a cold tire will. But tire warmers can help eliminate the variable of initial tire temperature and any associated rider uncertainly, especially at the start of a practice session or a race.
Believe me it helps a lot.
Later and good luck

FD,
Thanks for the tip. Most people don't want to turn loose of their little secrets. I knew the new F1's were stickier but this explains even more your low 60' times. I can see your going to hurt a lot of peoples feelings this year, LOL.
