Same exact thing happened to me last year. I pulled on the X-way and hit it hard and tons of smoke poured out the back of the L. I pulled over and popped the hood to find coolant everywhere. The I/C res. was full. The L was flatbedded to Ford where the problem was the inlet heater hose from the engine. I could not tell from looking at it but it did split. All is better now.
