Cat back and mufflers, are realy not performance mods.
Any good chip, will give you the best performance for the buck.

I will say this and probably get slammed, but:
Wait for PSP or JohnnyLightning to get thier chips out. You won't be sorry. Every test I've done shows that these guysd know where the power can be found and make it work better.
