I would love to hit speedworld tomorrow, but weather prediction is rain tomorrow night. What are the rest of you thinking?

 

You guys can't buy a break out there can you? I was in Phoenix on business a couple months ago. Nice city! The Grand Canyon was spectacular. What is the local track situation like out there? You have Firebird and one other right?

I know, we seem to be doing terrible out here for running to the track w/the weather.
Grand Canyon is indeed awesome. We have Firebird International Raceway and Speedworld. Firebird is a beautiful track with huge stands, announcer box, food, etc., many national events are held there. Fridays are the run what you brung, but super crowded, lucky to make 3 passes in the entire night. Speedworld, not so nice at all, but run all night long as many times as you want. Both tracks are approx 1250 feet altitude.

 

I'm hearing rain for Wednesday. Even if it stops by the afternoon, won't the track still be wet?
I doubt I'll be going.

Weather questionable and I just got home after my full day of work and then headed to one of my rentals. Tenants moved Sunday, new people started moving in today and I did not get everything completed for the new people. Unfortunately I'm out--AGAIN! ARGH!

Shoot me an e-mail if you ever need a tenant- I'm getting tired of this dump I'm renting, and I can't afford to buy anything until my brat gets out of college.
