When I ordered the Superchip R9, I told them that I had an Airaid intake. Since the chip came before the Airaid intake, I put the chip on first. As noted yesterday, I was impressed with the crispness of the shifts, but not with the power. Well - I guess the Airaid air flow factor was built into the chip. After I put the Airaid intake on tonight, I took the L for a little test drive. Holy sh*t Batman - what a difference!!
Boost peaked at 8lbs in first, but when it kicked into second,the boost gauge pegged against the ten! Kick down, even at 60, was phenominal. The power increase with the chip and Airaid installed is very noticeable. Now all I have to do is get that damn plastic clip back on the computer module.
