Post The 2001 rims are growing on me

Just like the new mustang, the new 2001 rims on the L's are growing on me more and more. I see lots of brand new ones everday at work so I just get used to seeing them and with the right drop kit those rims would look killer. just wanted to say that. they look much better in person then in pics.

I wonder if they will make those in a 20".

Maybe we should ask 95 cobra?

Thumbs up

I told you, the more I look at them, the more I like the new edge styling. It does not always work on the Ford show-cars, but on the truck it gives enough attention to the lower part of the vehicle, that it does not look top-heavy. The older "Batman" look was cool too, but now we are into serious sports.

The new Mustang is now hot in my book, some of these new Pro 5.0 cars we have coming out are really getting me pumped for this year.

For those that dont know, during qualifying for the Pro 5.0 boys at the WFC4, you could find me right there next to the action Should be great...any possible 6's out there this year?? I think so....

As for the 01'L wheels, I had the chance to race one the other day for a short sprint, and all I was doing was focusing on his wheels. They are looking better as they grow on you.

I think tomorrow I am going to Winner Ford to take one for a test ride, not to buy, just to check out. Luckily my dealership is cool like that, I could leave them my truck while I go for a quick spin around the Monster Mile....I mean Rt.13

Hey RTKILLA, I can't say that they will not make a 20 inch 2001 rim, but look how long it took to get the 99-00 20 inchers out. it might be a while. I am not a big fan of the 2001 wheel, but I do think that the 99-00 lightning wheel is one of the nicest rims ever put on any production line vehicle. Especially in chrome and 20 inches. I just cannot wait to see it. just my opinion. thanks 95rcobra.
