Don't know the size, just told the shop that was putting them on that it needed some shims and they would need to figure out what size. Apparently it is not too hard for the pro's to figure this out. Mine have been working fine ever since.

Thumbs up

If you order the Ford Motorsport gears they come with shim pkgs. My 4.10s did.
I just recieved the 3.73s, from Ford Motorsports, and they came with them along with pinion nut and collar.
Order the shim pkg from a dealer for the 9.75 Lightning rear.
Question: Gears are for a Navigator 9.75. Why aren't the shims the same?

jim said he thought the case for the lightning may have been machined a little differant and something to do with the bearing location.anyway,he gave me the no at pyle brothers and said give them a call and they could give me more imformation.
