I thought I had a few better and close up PICS in one of my Zing albums...but no luck, there gone

Pictured below is my truck in "winter mode" without the Cowl hood on, in the photo you could see the external fuel pressure gauage that's been on the truck since almost new. In my opinion, the most important guage to monitor down the 1320.

From the ****pit, the guage is right in the drivers view. The guage is a 2 5/8 Auto Meter Phantom.

By the way, with the cowl hood on, it looks pretty sweet, because the guage actually sits next to the cowl If I find a better PIC, I will post it.

Hope this helps.

Its possible, but the A/F guage should be kept out of the elements. As for the boost guage, rather simple it only needs power and a vacumm source.

The reason for the fuel guage outside is because it's a true Mechanical guage, not electric.

Spiro's right, thats the only kind you can trust, i'd rather a mechanical fuel pressure gauge on this truck than any boost gauge at all. you can feel the roots blower, but if you see that fuel pressure dropping, while in boost, get out of the throttle (quick)

Just a few weeks ago my fuel pump lost a line and thanks to my trusty guage, I figured out what was wrong instantly while at 110
