Barrs Leak

Good stuff. My girl's focus was going through the reservoir about every 2 days all in the sudden. Refused to do the headgasket myself and didn't want to pay. One of the guys that works for me told me to just put a bottle in. Well, it's a little more complicated with the new product.

You have to drain the coolant, mix it with warm water, put it in and run it, shut it off, run it, shut if off, let cool, run it , shut it off, then drain and let it cool overnight.

I'll be damned, it worked!!!!

I was then told that yes, oem's do use it in new cars.

I used that "head gasket" formula in a 3208 cat diesel one time. It was leaking water into the combustion chaimber. It fixed it for about a month or so. It gave me time to get a new engine wired up, and ready to go. I don't tout it, though because it did eventually fail.
