Post Inside of tire wear

I just had my tires rotated yesterday at 9000 miles(I do it every 3000) and I noticed significant tire wear on the inside of the right front tire, and to a lesser degree, but still noticable, on the left side. I know this is an alignment problem, but what do I need to tell the dealership when I take it in? I also think they should spring for at least two new tires, as these tires life is reduced significantly. Thoughts?

Oh, man, there are a zillion posts on this topic, and I'm about to leave to get my shift kit installed so I don't have time to retrieve any for you. Chances are that you have the dreaded sliding A-arm. You probably need to get the "fix" (star washer worked for me), and install a cam bolt kit. Do a search on cam bolts, dude.

Cool

Here's what to look for:

It gets out of alignment. Pitch a bitch after you show the movement to the Service Manager and maybe you'll get a couple tires.
