Ok, my lease is up in Sept, 2003 on my ext cab 4x4 Lariat. (Which I absolutely love). I was thinking, if they make the L for 03 or even 04 models by then since it's late 03, maybe I would buy one. I have a wife, daughter, dog, 2 cats, and might even have another child by then (who knows). How much room is there in a regular cab? I like the extended cab roominess. Might even think about an Screw. Anyone have some justifcation I could use to myself and my wife on the L???
Would I be able to tow a boat with one? (21 - 26 feet long)
I hope they don't make them ugly by then. If so, I may just buy my truck.

In 2003 the f150 are going to have a body change right. Just wondering, cause if they do make a 2003 lightning, I'll be the first in line to get one. two lightnings, one for the track and one to tow.

I have seen a couple variations of the 03 F-series trucks...not sure I like them, but then again the concept of the 97 trucks wasn't that wonderful either. The production vehicles usually turn out better....USUALLY...not ALWAYS. I would love to have the S/C under the hood though. Maybe I'll just spend the $5900 on the Holley Thunder Kit and be done with it.

WTF??? I just have to ask, how the hell can a guy your age afford a new Lightning much less a second one that you plan on buying? Enlighten me on this one. Must be very nice to be your age and have these kind of things--I truly hope you appreciate them!
