Exclamation

I ordered a L t-shirt, and they threw in an extra long sleeved t-shirt n/c. I chalked it up to morons in shipping. Maybe Jac Nasser really likes us.

No big deal. I taught at UCLA. It's the only thing I miss in Los Angeles after moving up north.

She's a 29 lb. Whippet. They're built purely for speed - 200 meters in about 11 seconds and are almost as fast as Greyhounds, but with 3 times less stride length.

You know the look you get when someone discovers how fast and quick your Lightning is?
That's the same look of shock people have when they see a whippet launch and open up.

I'll be posting some pictures within the next couple days of my pup. I've been describing him as a miniature greyhound and he's extremely fast, but smaller than the typical greyhound. His hind quarters are extremely muscular and he's very narrow. His nose hasn't stopped growing yet! He's all white with the exception of around his eyes and one ear. But his tail is curled like a pig's. So, I've been calling him "Pig Dog." He is the most intelligent dog I've ever known and I can't wait until he becomes an adult and settles down some.

Thank you for the information. I looked at some websites and see my PD in all these dogs. And to think, he was free because he pooped all over the house. hehe.. Housebreaking him has beena chore, but he has finally figured it out

Thanks again!

/staying off topic, as usual

Brooks, I've accepted the fact that I'm going to grow old alone and never reproduce, so I have my Mustangs and all my pets to keep me company through the golden years.

You keep your hands off Alley!

Kristi,
I just have one bird, she's a Sun Conure. Gorgeous bird, but has an ear piercing screech. She's a good talker and has a great personality most of the time

My next bird will be an African Grey.

Soon I'll start charging admission into my small zoo here. I do love my animals
