For the "Voice" system, body type is F07. For the punch it in on phone keypad system, it's 3307. I only have the same number for checking as you do. I Never talk to a person.
I'll bet my dealer really likes me cause I never call them up to keep asking "What up with my truck?" LOL

I called the VOPC to check on my order and went through the automated system. I got stuck on "body type", which is a 3-digit code starting with a letter and 2 numbers. Anyone know what that is for the Lightning? I went through to a live person, but they would not give me information because I am not the dealer! Does anyone have a phone number I can use where they will give me my information? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Thanks for the info. Just like you, I am waiting for mine. I wasn't as fortunate as you and didn't order until last week, but I am still locked in for one.

 

I just called VOPC I am now locked in for the week of 2/19/01 with a delivery date of 03/12/01.

This is great news, up until yesterday it kept telling me as of 12/15/00 I was sceduled for production the week of 02/19/01

Now I am getting excited, but the wait is still killin me. I saw a white L this morning.

 

Right On !!! I just called and mine is also locked in and I have both the same dates as your truck.

Does anyone know what it means when the VOPC says: "....your unit has arrived at the ramp." Are they talking about the ramp at the factory or what? Thanks
