Interesting, I just looked at the pics posted by OneRedTXBolt and noticed his blower cover says Eaton:

I know Thor01 works for Ford, but it would be strange to sell a 1-off.

 

My blower too says, "Ford SVT" and if it's true about what was said uptop. About how the ones that read "Eaton" are the same engine as the 99's-00's then I'm damn happy mine reads what it does.

Hey there watchin us, I just called SVT and the guy said he saw it to. So they have a call into the engineering dept to see whats up.

Good to know that they keep a eye on this message board. I asked them If they ever post here, and was told Ford Corprate will not allow them to post here.

I thought I'd noticed that also.... That's one of the reasons I took that pic. I'm really starting to wonder WTF is going on!

I know my truck was built on Jan 10th, and I believe Thor's was built on Jan 15th. Far as I can remember, I don't recall reading anything about the actual SC being different. Maybe I did get a SC from the last of the 00's? That pi$$es me off a little. I'm just gonna try not to think about it and enjoy my new truck
