Trans questions for L motor swap?
OK, did some searching and have a few tranny questions for the swap guru's. I have an 02 SuperCrew and doing an 03 L swap. Question is will my 4r70 tranny bolt up to the L motor? and will the 4r70 hold up to a stock L motor. Would a FTVB upgrade to my 4r70 help the case, or is it recommended?

The 4R70W will bolt right up. I wouldn't put your transmission behind it in stock form. I would have someone go through it and freshen her up. Then I would do a Transgo performance kit. Maybe even give the EPC a little screw in. -Mat-
