It has come quite apparent at this time that nothing short of a "CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" concerning merchantability and fitness of warranty concerning said Ford 1999-2000 manufactured Intercooler Assemblies. GUYS....bottom line..I am a MO FO on this subject...and I am more interested in this than the latest and greatest center armrest shenanagan....tires...Splitfires...etc....get my drift? Good..now that we have that out of the way...read between the lines...a la 1999 SVT Cobra..its just about here...and consider it well deserved..directed towards Ford. A Ford Public Relations attempt at satisfying consumer complaint could have been made...days ago..yet ZILCH!!

I second that. But a college kid on a tight budget would be hard pressed to float the costs of a class action lawsuit. Then again, the benefits would out-weight the doubts. I tried getting a hold of '99 Cobra owners but hey didn't see to interested in helping us out. Once again, I have had a few, I will report again later. It seems as thoug we are the only ones for a lawsuit, and that wouldn't be strategic. How about I wake up in the morning, after I think things over...( )
