I've seen more on regular television. Hell, I remember watching Baywatch, and the chicks had way less clothing than that.

but over at the V6 sight most people look while at work and I can see how they didnt like it.

Our Flair Side F-150 design is by far the best looking ever made Each and everytime I see one (which is as rare and inbetween as seeing a L) they def remind me of a L, which is why so many prob react to seeing yours. The bottom line is they are clearly the best looking pick up truck ever made, hell I dont even like pick up trucks lets make that the best looking vehicle ever made. If I had a non L flair side I would def lose the chrome bumper and prob the lights and well hell you'd all be yelling at me now

Man... v6 guys get bashed waaay too much. I too used to be a v6 enthusiast. My first car was a black 99 mustang 3.8 v6 and I got waaay too much **** in hs for having a pussstang. Most of the guys who gave me **** drove toyota corrollas and ps s-10s. They probably were jealous that I was the only dude with a new edge style mustang (99 was the first year and I got it in early 2000) in the whole parking lot and picked up plenty of ***** cause of it! To prove these haters wrong I soon started modifying the crap out of the car. Besides, it was either this or a civic which every teenager in the world had and wanted at the time. I stuck to my muscle car and mustang roots and put every bolt on I could. In four years it had headers, off road h pipe, flows, intake, 4.10 w/ tlock, ford racing aluminum drive shaft, trans cooler, custom tune, and I later added 3.8 emblems (like 5.0's had) and bagged it and put some sick custom made billet specialty rims on it as well as every billet part known for stangs. I frequented on v6power.net (hell, the site was fairly new when I used to sneak on there while in class) and
3.8mustang.com. Now that my girlfriend has a 3.8 vert the modding has moved over to hers as I have added full exhaust w/ dumps and flows, intake, bullit gas door, rims, and tinted the tail lights. I plan more mods for it as modding a v6 is some of the funnest modding I have ever done. The satisfaction of not knowing exactly what the outcome will look and sound like makes it more interesting and makes me feel young again. Parts are way cheaper than my lightning too, lol. The 3.8's are in the same family as the Ford truck 4.2, which is just a stroked version. In fact, I had a 4.2 crank, cam, and roller rockers I was going to use on my motor at one point. This is a popular swap and I have seen guys do nothing but 4.2 block, procharger, tune gears, exhaust, slicks and run mid 12's (in a mustang!) Another cool swap is the supercoupe 3.8 with the eatons. Sorry for all this non sense, but I think is truck looks better than half of the L's Ive seen on here and probably could take a good bit of us. Keep up the good work and don't listen to the **** who say... "would be better if it wasn't a ps v6" then they pull up in a civic or a 4.6 gt and Im like "gt's are slow as crap too, wanna race my L?"

you've had first hand experience with a 6 glad you posted up.

the turbocharger will be a really sweetass addition to the truck, i got my truck when i was in highschool and i dont have the heart to sell it. i could go and buy a lightning sure but my truck is paid off, insurance is cheap, i have no reason to get rid of it just to have another payment. im not trying to build a race car here i just really like the look of the L and now that im out of highschool and have a job ive decided i can just go turbo and make a decent amount of power with it.

That truck could have a 4cyl under the hood and would still be beautiful.

Good job!
