Cool

CA,
Glad to here your Ls fixed to your satisfaction.
I tested Sals new "Street Program" in Fla. 2 weeks ago went 12.57 @ 106.35 mph on "Pump Gas". The race program is even quicker.
Doesn't that program give you a different outlook on the street??? he,he.

Boy are we going to have some fun at WFC4 or what???

Dan

Cool

CA,
I just receieved my 4 way reburned chip from Sal yesterday. I did much to my dissappointment experience some knock right away (3rd gear cruise and then abrupt throttle change w/knock right before it downshifted to 2nd). But I am hoping that maybe the fuel I put in may have had to do with it, or maybe I need to drive it awhile till it learns the new setting. But, it definitely feels alot different across the whole powerband. I only had a chance to get on it once and it definitely is a head snapper! It seems to me that the throttle response is much much better even at very low throttle positions. Not enough drive time to run it through its paces yet.

Hey, how's the move to Arizona looking?

Dan,
I haven't had that trouble yet. You aren't deep staging are you?

Peter,
I was talking to Sean and he was saying that when you install a chip or make any changes the truck needs a little bit of adjustment time to adapt. What octane are you running? I had to throw some 104 boost in to because I am afraid of the ping. Now that it is gone I don't want it back for anything. I am sure if you can't get it worked out Sal can fix it. As far as the move to Phoenix, mom and dad managed to push it back to the first week in Sept. I am thankful for that. I really did need the time to catch up on my bills and I am killing myself working every week as it is. I may not ever make it there for anything other than a visit though. Initially they thought they would be gone by May1. That would have left me in the middle just hanging for about 4 months. This way they can make their move and I can make mine to California and there is no in between time. We'll see though. I have a couple of months yet.

CA and the even faster Lil Girl

CA,
I'm running the only high octane we have around here in Phoenix and that is 92. Haven't put in any octane boost, but on the way home I'll pick up a bottle. Hopefully it just needs to learn the new mode.
Keep us posted on what happens on your move.

CA, I think I need to come visit ya

I'm going nuts right now, putting around in a 95 Cutlass and my brother's work truck (Chevy POS).

The mustang is on the frame machine now and should be back to raising he1L status in a couple weeks... Can I make it that long in an Oldsmobile? I need to at least go for a ride in your truck!!!!

Love ya!
