Question

Well, when do you take delivery, Marcus? And, are you still interested in swapping wheels with me?

Talking

My mom will be too busy tonight to go with me to pick up my truck, and I need her there so she can sign over my Camaro, since it was in her name. Then I'm free to get the Lightning tomorrow. I guess since i've waited this long, I can wait until Saturday. What sucks is, once I get it, I need to come home and study for a mid term. I have 10 chapters to cover!! Arghh. Anyone want to babysit my L? Hate to tell you this George, but I've fallen for everything on the truck. It looks awesome! Wheels, grill, tail lights.. Butttt, I am still going to put a different grill, in, sooo, when I decide to do that, I'll annouce it, and if anyone wants it, we can work something out. But George has first chance since he took me in his L to originally put my deposite down. One thing I'm curious about. Since the only other L's I've seen all had a bed liner in them, in this truck, you can see the bolts (to hold the bed in place) in the bed. Is this normal? I thought they would at least paint over them to hid them but they didn't. It looks kinda weird, but I don't really car since I'm putting a bed rug in it a.s.a.p. If anyone could take a picture of their bed and show me this is how it comes, or verbally confirm it, i'd appreciate that.

P.S. #1 I asked the salesguy about the s/c reading "Ford SVT" instead of Eaton, and he told me that Ford was trying out their version of the Eaton, and if it goes well, they'll keep doing it. Does this sound possible, or was he, and I misinformed? Does this mean that we are test monekys?

#2 Sorry for my post being so long!

Thumbs up

Congratulations !

Yes my bed bolts were unpainted as well, they are zink coated only. I have seen people take them out before the Rhino liner (bedrug, liner of your choice) goes in. It makes it look like a factory install.

I want to see some pictures !!!
