so it is not the pcv hose, what else could it be

just got done reinstalling the new pcv hose, intercooler, and blower. start the truck up and still has the same issue. i reved it in nuetral and it sounded fine. as soon as I put it in gear and gave it gas real bad hesitation.
the code was p0171 and p0174/ lean banks 1 and 2. what else could it be?
i recently installed twin 255 pumps, i am thinking it might be a hose popped off one of the pumps, but before i pull off the bed, anyone have any other ideas on what I should look at?
Thanks

Did you check the vacuum line that goes into the back of the lower intake? It has caused similar issues in other trucks.

Could be the fuel pump hose. Are you able to check the fuel pressure?

Have you tried cleaning the MAF sensor? If not, it's worth a try.

Go to any auto parts store and they will have a spray ,just like a brake cleaner can. This is a specific can for mass air flow sensors

Worked good for me. I popped a code a while back for running too rich. Cleaned the MAF and it cleared up my problem.
