Cool

OK, here's the deal. Just got off the phone with Hallsville Raceway. The February schedule is as follows; test&tune on Sundays starting with 2/11/01. No Friday or Saturday activities in February. Opportunities for Hallsville in February will be 11th, 18th, and 25th (all Sundays).

The March schedule starts with test&tunes on Friday nights and the regular racing program on Saturdays. The March schedule will be maintained until November. So now what?

Thanks for the heads up TTR.

Well, that just stinks. I'd swear they told us they'd be open the first weekend in February.

I'd vote for the 11th or the 25th. I can't make the 18th.

Dennis, I appreciate the offer on the tires, but I'm really trying to join the 12 second club on street tires. Until I become totally frustrated with that goal, I'll keep hammering away on the F1's.

Hey sixpipes, glad I could save everybody a trip. Hallsville has a new owner and that maybe why they didn't open on the first weekend in Febuary. Keep me up to date and I'll try and meet some of you when you come this way. Thanks Mike

Cool

With this many Texans and Okies all driving Lightnings to Halsville, You don't need no stinking owner to open the track!
