I had just one question, when you got your truck you said that you had the dealer only do a safety check and sprayed it down. I was wondering what you mean by having it sprayed? Do you have any advice on what I should clean it with? My friend told me to use a clay bar and apply a good wax on after. What type of wax do you or anyone else suggest I should use?

Thor01, any word on my order (#5203) for a RED L? VIN = 2FTZF073X1CA38285. VOPC keeps saying it will be built this week some time. Any information would be appreciated. I'm more excited about this than I was for my Corvette.

I had them only do the safety check. No prep on the truck. I didn't want them to run a dirty wash rag or broom over the paint.

I had the guy use a power-washer to rinse the truck. As far as wax and all, I can get back with you. My parents are retired and live in Las Vegas.

My dad is like the wax expert on what works best in the sun. Where at in Vegas do you live?

I fly out for the NASCAR race every year. They are out on Ann road and 95. Might be out this march! Have to see if i have any cash left over from the mods!!

I live on the west side of Vegas, about 5mi west of the Strip. Let me know when you're coming over, maybe we can meet up.

 

This will probably turn out to be one of the dumbest questions, but is there any way to get them to build my truck sooner? To possibly re-schedule it??? My build date is the week of Feb. 26. And I'm greatful for getting such a nice truck, but I would really like/need it sooner. I was hoping to be in Undy's situation of a build date of early Feb. and a delivery date of late Feb. Any help, or NICE comments are welcomed!
