Thumbs up

ETStreets - Hold the brake and rev it to about 1300. When the light drops, ROLL into the gas (DON'T GO WFO) and enjoy.

HR: before the install of the converter i would bring it up to 1,500 and go WOT! seemed if i launched a little higher i would lose on the 60 ft. however i didn't have any wheel spin! JL

There is no single technique that works everywhere. It depends on the track surface and the type of tires.

Roll on the throttle if you are running on F1s or a "greasy" track w/slicks.

Launch hard from 1500 RPM on slicks on a well-prepared track surface.

Question

JohnnyLightning, what do you do now that you have the convertor, and what is your stall? Please

I agree with Bad Dog the track surface has A LOT! to do with the launching.

Ca: i havn't had a chance to try the new converter at the track, the stall is around 2,400-2,500 i will have to try many different rpm launches to figure out what rpm will work the best! my gaol will be to flash it as much as possible with out too much wheel spin. JL
