There was a post a few weeks ago about a net
of some kind. I think it went from tie down
to tie down,in the very back of the bed.I
thought somebody had a part #.That is one
thing i will miss when i trade my "98"
Explorer Sport 4X4 in for my 2001 "L".You
just open the back glass and put your shopping bags in. Anybody remember that
thread ??

 

According to the 2001 Ford Accessories booklet I picked up at my local Ford dealer the part # for the Flareside is 83550A66 and it retails for $35.71.

(I've already been scoping out some things I want! )

The lower tie downs hold the bottom I used the bolts from my snug lid to hold the top

Fritz it is listed in the catalog they shipped with the 2000 SVT certificates. I dont have mine handy but someone should be able to look it up.

Summit Racing has (or had) one listed in their catalog. I have one in the back of my L and it works well.
