there is gonna be a get together,FEB 3,AT STEELE AL.international dragway,weather permitting,seen the post off ls1.com,and L,owners are invited also,should be alot of fun,if anything changes,ill keep it posted.

 

Amazing- I've made several posts about this in the past, including an invitation to the last two get-togethers at Steele (Saturday, Jan 6 and Sat the 13) and the sum total of replies to my posts was ZERO. I'm glad SOMEONE is having better results.
I go to almost all of the big get togethers at Steele, at least when the real racing season is down (like now). And since my friends Joe and Shane brought up the original idea for the Feb 3 get together, I imagine I'll be there.
Usually when we go, several people meet at the truck stop by the track for breakfast at 11:30. The track runs from 1:00-dark, provided the temperature is 45 degrees or better and it's not likely to rain.
I hope to (finally) meet some of you there.

Thanks for the info. I've been wanting to start racing and if I remember correctly Steele is a 1/4 mile track. I'm about to buy a chip & filter but would like to test bone stock first.
