No, he has 28,000 miles on it, and after reading our board, he got reeeeeaaaal nervous about the 30,000 mile mark.

Or maybe he needs the cash because his local dealer is asking $100,000.00 for a Cobra R.

Or maybe he's making room for his '01 Cobra........................NOT!!!!

Maybe we should all e-mail him and ask him if the intercooler leaks?

No, his would probably be the best one to have! It's probably already retrofitted with the '01 induction system.

His 99 is worth about 24 grand if he's lucky. He's got the bidding starting at 29,000 and even THAT hasn't met the reserve.

Just because that Lightning has carted his VP-ness' *** around doesn't make it a collectors item. Does the fat-assed little toad think he's ELVIS or something?

I see hes using a rinky dink HOTMAIL emal address and not revealing his real email address. Yea, I think we all ought to email him and ask if the reason hes selling it is because he can't get an intercooler that will last. Sounds like great sport to me. What would be cool would be if anyone got a reply.

I emailed him this:

Dear ojcoletti

I'm wondering if you have the clunk or an intercooler leak?

Thanks

I never realized he was such a short f,er. I bet he didn't even pay for it, and he is asking for $29,000.00. For $2000.00 more I am getting a 2001, who does he think he is.

I want to buy it. Then I'll be cool. I can be a real suck a$$ too and tell everyone that I have MR. Colletti's personal Lightning. It sure beats buying it from some dip ***** here on the board. Maybe he'll be nice and leave something on the seat for me.

I e-mailed him as well. Ask about the intercooler and when the non-leaking replacement was coming out. I hope he is enough of a stand up guy to respond. Everyone makes mistakes, me too, the real men admit, fix and move on.

Coletti may not even be selling it himself. It may be some agent or a dumb collector who thought he could cash in .... Anybody can register for Coletti hotmail account.

Other than the picture how do we know it was ever owned by him ?? Some guy is selling a Red Lightning and trying to up the value by claiming it was Coletti's...

Doug
