I ordered my 00 from them (Tim Ahearn). They were pretty bad about any updates; I only talked to them twice between when I ordered (August 14, 1999) and when I got it (March 28, 2000). Everything will be fine and they will contact you as soon as they get it, but you won't hear from them much in the meantime.

My '00L was bought from Leif Johnson (Jo Tant) and updates after the order was excellent. Ordered in Nov received in April. I would call weekly and never got any negative response. I highly recommend them.

I'd say call them and complain. Don't switch orders, just changes your sales person to someone who can keep in constant contact with you. It's half their job to make you happy, and aware of what's going on with your order!
