Did you remove all the glue from the computer and wipe in off with alcohol. You might have a bad connection, and if thats not it then you have a bad chip. Call up your dealer and ask for a new one.

Hi Fast,
Sorry to hear you're having a problem!
You don't say that it won't start in Position 2, you say that it stalls when you put it in gear. Since the engine starts up OK, it's probably not the connection between the Superchip and the computer, though this should *always* be double-checked. You might have a problem with the switch itself, so that should be checked, just take a look at the wiring to see if it's loose where it attaches to the switch.
Though it is very rare, it is possible that the second eeprom chip has failed, but usually when that happens the engine won't ever run at all in Position 2.
One thing you'll want to make sure of, is *never* try to change programs while the engine is running. Always make sure you shut the engine off before flipping the switch.
I'd say to check the wiring on the switch itself, to see if it's become detached or loose, it's pretty simple to check. If you continue to have this problem, then you should have the Superchip looked at by whoever supplied it to you. If that was us, just give us a call or shoot us an email.
Good luck!
