either way, it was a real fast SS. I thought i heard it blow off. Maybe not then for me to get beaten that bad though, i would like to know what's under it though

Do you guys go from a roll or dig?

For what it's worth you can only hear my brother's BOV if you're in the car. When racing him all you hear is this wicked sounding suction of air coming from the rear end of the car. The turbo is mounted behind the rear end and under the fuel tank. The intake filter is mounted under the car, behind the back bumper, and on the inside of the rear driver's side wheel.

are all setups on the WS-6 type that rigged or is it clean. That sounds like a pain in the ace to me

 

I live in the Bay Area (Northern California) and I just paid $3.669 a gallon last Monday, and that was the cheapest 91 octane I could find that came from one of the three big oil companies. I refuse to run mystery gas in my Lightning just to save a few bucks buying from one of the generic gas stations.

No, just a rear mount setup. STS (Squires Turbo Systems) designed the kit. It's a pretty clean setup because you pop the hood and looky there that's just a stock LS1 with a CAI running to the bottom of the car. Unless you get on the ground and look under the car it's not noticable at all until he's driving and then the turbo whine is so loud it sounds like a desiel turbo.

 

I remember when I was making some 10.70 passes and I pretty much only had 2 tunes (kill and almost kill tunes) . So even my street tune was very aggressive.
This Fox body pulled up next to me on rt.22. It is actually a long stretch of open road .He wanted some...We ran 3 times ..From a very slow roll, little faster roll and 60 mph roll. He got Killed 3 times.
We finally get to a light and he asks what it runs. I say High 10s and I swear the look I got was priceless.

A few weeks later I was at E-town and this guy comes up to me after I made some strong runs and says do you remember racin me.. I was like .Yeah . Then he says ..That was a mistake.. and I agreed.

I put 15 cars lengths on a lowered C5 with an exhaust a few weeks back from 0-120 between Red Lights south on Highway 281 by my house at around 11AM ....... We were the front two cars along with a Maxima on the three lane section of Highway 281 at evans road with no side roads....its a good spot. My truck runs from a dig like its on the drag strip with my M&H drag radials.

LMAO! at mystery gas, i feel the same way....I usually stick with Shell or BP only...gas here in Atlanta GA, is around $3.25 for 93 octane, may have gone up since i filled up three days ago

 

I try not to run my Lightning on the street,but sometimes its too hard to resist.
I was with a buddy yesterday in his SRT10. He has a head-cam package,headers,and a paxton blower and puts a little over 600hp to the wheels and we got our azz handed to us yesterday by an old guy in a frickin' mercedes!!! He pulled us two car lengths to 140!! I was lookin that car up on the web and its pretty impressive. Its an AMG 6.3 510BHP AND 465 FT LBS!! I was shocked,but couldnt help but laugh at my buddy,it bothered him pretty bad!! That frickin' car runs 0-60 in 4.1!!
