Slowing ReactionTime
Is it true that reaction time to the Christmas Tree reduces dramatically once one reaches 50???

You should be in bed waiting for Santa.
Although I did turn 50 today, I still react to the Christmas tree the same way; with ooohs and ahhhs... or something.
Merry Christmas.

Nah, Dad is 41. This past season he has cut 7 or 8 perfect .500 Lights. I Know Noelvm has cut alot more than that and he is up in age too. Older, wiser, and a keen eye? Either way...... Merry Christmas!!

You might ask Warren Johnson about that! Argueably the Best Pro Stock driver that ever lived. (and I'm not a GM fan) He's in his mid 60's and considers a .525.....sleepin at the light!...
Trending Topics
Considering WJ races on a .400 pro tree, a .525 *IS* sleeping at the tree. Especially when you have Rickie Smith (late 40s-early 50s, I think) who can go .420 or better almost every round, not to mention all those young whippersnappers like Richie Stevens! When the 16-car field is normally qualified less than a tenth apart, losing a tenth at the tree is suicide.
But I do think that anyone, regardless of age, can be a decent starting line driver.

Trackboy-
I try to hit all the big money bracket events I can in AL, GA, FL, MS, TN, etc. I run B&M series races and most other George Howard big-money events, along with higher paying local races and Super Chevy/Fun Ford/Powerfest-type events in between. My name is Kristi Hallman and I drive a 66 Chevy II wagon. I doubt you've heard of me, but you never know
Being from Hattiesburg, I'm sure you are more familiar with Hub City dragway, Ralph Abrams, and the Super Tens series. Unfortunately, I missed the Super Tens race at AL International, but I hear the weather was bad anyway. I was disappointed when they didn't come back for the second scheduled stop at Steele, because I would have liked to have run it. Maybe next year, I can make it to one of the events at Hub City.
See you around
