Exclamation Watch out Speedin Bob!!!

Bob,
I talked to a buddy of mine who lives in Indy and he said a huge snow storm expecting to drop 8-12 inches of the white stuff is on its way. Better be careful if you are driving the L, they don't like snow! Too bad we didn't get hardly any snow out here, just sub-zero temp's! Have fun.

Snake,

You mean someone else in Indy has a Lightning???? Praise the Lord..

but seriously,
I've been monitoring Intellicast for the last couple days and my L is prepared (as much as possible)..

1. 200 lb of H20 softener salt in the bed
2. 6 cinder blocks at the end of the bed safely secured.
3. winter heels and tires installed.
4. chipenfilter removed.
5. careful modulation of right foot....

On dry roads yesterday and with the above setup, I did manage to send the boost gauge "to the black". That was nice....

Talking

Bob,
Unfortuately, my friend does not own a Lightning. But, I do think by the end of next year I will be back in "God's Country". Not sure if I will be moving to Indy, maybe Louisville, or even St. Louis. Either way I will be much closer than I am right now. Have fun with all that snow!

Speedin Bob,

A word of caution on the salt in the bed. Just make sure those bags can't spill, 'cause it will eat your paint in no time. Sand would be better, although it doesn't work as well in the water conditioner.

Oh, and what are winter heels? I'm guessing something like my wife wears. She refuses to wear real boots. Muthst be a thwell lookin' truck you got there fella!!
