In dash DVD
Sorry if this has been covered before but my search did not yield the results I was looking for. I'm looking to install a DVD with nav into my '03 Lightning but I am not sure what's available. Can someone tell me what units will fit. I am only interested in Kenwood, Alpine or Pioneer. I want the type where the screen doesn't fold down into the unit. The mfg websites for these brands all say that they won't fit in my truck. Does anyone have pics of a clean install? Thanks for the help.

Mac, I just picked up a kenwood kvt-617 dvd/nav system for 1300 off ebay. All these below fit our trucks:
Pioneer AVIC-N3
Pioneer AVH-P5700
Alpine DVA-9965
Alpine IVA- d100
Alpine DVA- 9861
Jensen VM 9312
kenwood KVT-617
The kenwood at the bottom is def the best, but they are all good systems.

Dude there are way more DVD w/ navi than that. Pretty much man ANY dvd flipout with navi can be installed on a Lightning....all you need is the correct dash kit and wiring harness....just as any aftermarket head unit
Most double Den Units will fit the lightning as well...Just go to a local Audio Install shop man and im sure they will show you all of the best products on the market
