What04...Just because it's a GMC you don't have to call it a beater. Be nice.

I know lots of people who hound me wiith the same question. I understand the whole mentality of keeping it nice by not driving it in the winter, but for how much money I am spending every month I am going enjoy driving it all year round. This was one of the primary considerations in getting the L over a Cobra. The L is a much more practicle vehicle, besides I don't have the room to park more than 1 vehicle not could I afford it

Ditto on that one Snow......

I can only afford one vehicle at this time. Sometimes a "beater" can cost you more than it is worth!!!! That's when it becomes a waste. I feel much safer in the truck.

Cool

I got a set of Bridgestone Winter Duelers and love them.As far as the steel wheels go,I got a set of take off rims. The nice styled steel ones.Bonus is the center cap from the summer mags fits perfectly. The wheels were about half the cost of new ones.I had them checked out before installing the tires to be sure they were straight.
