Anyone using the Metco Aux Idler?

I was thinking about buying one from Metco Motorsports here soon and I wanted to check and see if anyone had used them and had any problems or if it's just a great part that truely keeps the belt from slipping.

Also, I currently have all factory pullies on beside the crank which has been changed out to a 6#'er. I believe the two tensioner pullies below the supercharger are 90mm, but the aux. idler I'm wanting to buy is the 100mm. My question is will I have to change the other 90mm out as well or can I leave it the same.

Again any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lots of guys in here run the Metco Idler setups - and other setups with often varying combinbations of idler sizes. The "search" button will answer your questions.

I run the idler pulley and it did stop my belt from slipping. It's a Metco set up. I only changed the pulley it was replacing. The belts run closer together but they dont touch and i havent had any problems. You may want to look at some other set ups but I havent had any issues with mine.

Bruce.
