Whoa. 40's are waaay too big especially with that much drop. You won't be able to turn w/ that much tire, 23's, and a 3/4. I have seen a 305/40/22 on a stock suspension L in person and it looked retarded, like a it had monstor tires. Your putting a bigger tire on with more width and more rim. Ive never been good with the dimensions on tires, but I'm pretty sure thats going to be alot.

They will look retarded, and will not fit with a 3/4 drop.

the overall diameter of the stock 295/45-18 is 28.5"
your new 305/40-23's will be 32.6" !!!!

LOL 33's on an L !!

also when your speedo reads 60mph you will actually be traveling at over 68mph.

even though you are an a$shat and I don't like you, you could have asked what size tire to get and I would have gladly helped you.

there is no way to get an optimal sized tire on a 23 for an L, but the best you can hope for is 285/35-23 they will be just under 31" in diameter and only 5mph off at 60mph......it's just about the only hope you have of fitting.

That's a good deal since a new one is $1,500

I'm making the change from my Century (on the truck when I bought it) to the Speedsurr.

Pit I went with the 22's with 295/35/22 bfg tires. Yeah I measured up the front space and it would never have worked. The back would have been fine but.

They don't even make that size tire. I have used a 295/30/22 in Pirelli and Toyo and now I have BFG KDW 285/35/22.
