Jim,

The C&Ls do not come with electronics where the Pro-Ms do calibrated for your vehicle.

You would remove the electronics from your stock meter(note I said from stock meter) and put on the C&L. The C&Ls have a sampling tube you would possibily need to change if it does not work correctly, meaning rough idle, engine light etc, however on the other hand if this is done at Power Train Dynamics the differences could be made by a chip and tuning on the dyno.

On the Mustangs the C&Ls would some times work with little hassle and work great. Other times they went in the garbage or just sitting here on my desk like mine. This is from one of my Mustangs and has nothing to do with the Lightnings for those of you who are curious.

As I said I'm still jealous.... Power Train Dynamics burned a chip for my Chrome Yellow special edition '93 Mustang and they did a super job, just wish some "good" tuners were closer to us.

John

Power Train says that they tune and adjust everything to push my L to its peak performance.

Under the above condition is there any benefit to Pro-M's meter vs. C&L using Ford's??

If I'm not being to forward here could you e-mail your phone number to my utmb e-mail address and we could discuss this via the phone.

Thanks,
