New F-Mod chip for our trucks?

New F-Mod chip for our trucks?
I was over on the computer chip page and someone posted Ford is releasing a F-Mod chip for the 00-01 Ford 150's with a 5.4 in it.This chip sounds like it is making around 54 HP over stock for around $125.00 available by december 13th.Does anybody know if they have one for our L because we have that motor plus the SC on it.

Hi High Roller,
It's a hoax, and anyone who has read all of this "article" that guy posted should realize that there is no way thru powertrain programming to bring the normally-aspirated 5.4 close to Lightning power levels, they had it within 20 lbs./ft. of torque of the Lightning in that hoax! The number you used was correct, they would had to have gained 54 horsepower to get it up to teh claimed 314 horsepower, and of course there is no way to do that via powertrain programming alone, we don't make that in the Lightning Superchip, though it's close.
The fellow who posted that to the Internet has now come back and posted in the Engine section of these message boards, under the thread titled "New Ford Product", that it was a hoax, and he was just trying to play a practical joke on a friend, nothing more.
So everyone relax.........

Thank you for looking into this matter.When I first read this I was very skeptical about the 0-60 times of 7.4 seconds that is a full 1 second faster than stock program which we all know is highly unlikely along with the HP rating they claimed.This is why I posted to get answers.
I did not find much humor on his post.I take mods seriously when it comes to my L!I have wasted more than enough money on mods that people claim works that do NOT work at all!
