Cool Stock Airbox

Drop a K&N filter in and open the bottom of the box up and get the flow plus boost that any of these aftermarket kits give you at a fraction of the cost.

Now I just need to find a Pro-M to fit my stock airbox.

The boost pic was taken at an angle. If your looking straight at the gauge it's in the black a little. I think it might be pegged.

Cool

I see everybody's already put their money down or maybe you're just waiting on the money shot (FORDSALES and gforce know what I'm talking about). I'll post it tonight.

To bad you already cut those holes thats right where I drilled a 4" hole and put in a "blastgate". Ran a 4" hose to the front with a scoop and now have ram air. I can close it for rain {we don't get much} road trips, or for what ever. I've got to be packing that box with so much cold air it's a wonder the top has'nt blown off! My guage pegs the same about 11:45 am/pm give or take a few minutes. Is that K&N a 33-2140 and did you get it mail order or local? Just a tought but someone should design a new boost gauge that can fit and look like the factory locaton one but read up to like 14,15,16 psi. I Wish I could see what I'm getting from mine exactly. People don't understand when I say black psi. I know they make the pillar pods, but It would nice for it to fit in the factory location. New project. later

So far, my aftermarket boost gauge is pretty close to what the factory's indicate.

Cool

Here's the money shot I told FORDSALES and gforce that I post. Kids don't try this at home.

Cool

Doug,

Nice MPEG. Anonymous like mine too. It shifted a little early at about 110. Must have been stock looking at the boost gauge.
