i have 1998 trans am and its loud (very loud) and fast on of the loud car in town but i bought my lightning and i dont know what to do
lightning or trans am
i know that my trans am is faster
but what about the lightning would it somke a trans am with a some mode and is it very expensive .
i love my lightning b/c have one and there is about 5 in my town that it but i dont like to lose a race so help me plz

 

my brother has a 2000 ramair t/a with slp loudmouth header back fast intake and rocker upgrades. and ive beaten him a couple times, and he has beaten me a couple of times.(he was using drag radials at the time, i was using my stock tires). my 03 lightning had the bassani header back, 4lb lower, and cold air intake at the time.

Wow that post was really tuff to read. Stick with Lightning (you asked on a L website...of course we're gonna say keep the L...haha), and get a KenneBell + supporting mods.

 

L looks 1,000,000 times better than a Trans Am. People expect you to whoop their a$$ in a loud sports car. They don't in a truck. Also when they here the s/c scream they're like WTF?

 

Funny, I whooped on a T/A on my way home from work today..

I used to own a 96 T/A conv and loved it. I miss the 6 speed and convertible. The thing was a magnet.

I still love the Lighting much more though....
