Goodbye!

I know I don't post much on here, and when I do its usually stories about how stupid I am but I still lurk a lot so I figured I would say goodbye to you guys. I am going overseas with the National Guard and I may have my Lightning sold while I am gone.

Its not that I don't love my truck anymore, because I do. I'll miss her more then anything. Last time I was away I would dream about driving it at least once a month. However I am tired of not being able to fit more then one person in my car. I am tired of fearing for my life when it rains. So I am looking at buying a used Dodge Magnum SRT-8

Either way I will still come on here when ever I get the chance and I might decide not to sell my truck anyway. But just in case:

Goodbye, and its been great!

You don't need to ride anyone else in the L, maybe wife/girlfriend, that's it. Rain? You can't drive in the rain? If not, you need to sell it. You will surely miss it though. keep your head down over there, small pieces of lead is looking for a home. Stay safe and come back home.

Ya what he Said

You know I guess when I think about it we actually read a lot of post with talk of one of our extended family here going over, or being over there. Sometimes I dont remember how hi tech the world has become, and here I am thinking everyone is sitting home smoking a great big spliff and drinking coffee in the comfort of their favorite chair. YET some of you are the faces we see on TV each day, fighting a war in a place and with people I think we all realize now is more than we bargined for. It seems at any giving second there is always a man women or child willing to walk into a crowed area of concentration and just go BOOM It kills me seeing it every night

Charlie and Big and ALL OF YOU from our extended family
YOU BRING IT HOME IN ONE PIECE GOT DAM IT!!!
May the Force be with you....

Stay safe and good luck. Also being a military man I have spent plenty of time over there as well 24 months. If you change your mind on the lightning just think about all the money you will have to do some sweet mods. But best of luck!!
